Course Registration of Fall 2023 Trimester

 for Newly Admitted and Existing Students

 A. Existing students are advised to complete their course registration by themselves through UCAM from September 18 (Monday), 2023 to September 20 (Wednesday), 2023.The last date of course registration without fine is September 20 (Wednesday), 2023. The last date for course drop is also September 20 (Wednesday), 2023.

 Please take the note of following decisions of UIU authorities regarding the pre-selected section(s).

1. In case of pre-selected courses and sections during the pre-registration period by the students, if a student does not complete his/her registration by 9:00 AM on the first day of class, pre-selected section(s) will automatically be removed from the selection; however, the course(s) selection will remain the same.
2. Students, who do not complete registration by 9:00 AM on the first day of class, will have to complete their registration process by selecting the sections again.

The students who will be unable to complete their self-registration are advised to come to the program office from 09:30 am to 03:30 pm on above mentioned days.

B. Newly admitted students in Fall 2023 trimester are advised to come to the following rooms from September 18 (Monday), 2023 to September 20 (Wednesday), 2023 during 09:30 am to 03:30 pm to complete their course registration. They will have to pay taka 15,000 (fifteen thousand)as a partial payment of tuition fees (except admission fee + ID caution fee) before course registration. Students who obtained ‘B’ grade in English in O level examinations, have to bring their O level certificate to get waiver in English courses.  For credit transfer /course waiver/ IELTS (obtained score 6.00 in all components) students have to bring their necessary documents (transcript, certificate, course outline, etc.) at the time of registration.

For BBA and BBA in AIS students: Room # 0224 (2^nd floor)

For BSECO students: Room # 0311 (3^rd floor)

Classes of Fall 2023 trimester begin: September 23, 2023 (Saturday)
