| Special Waiver for Master in Development Studies 40% waiver if students have 5 years of experience of working in governments, semi-governments and NGO’s |
Scholarship scheme
Scholarship based on the results of the Trimester Final Examinations for undergraduate & graduate programs (Effective from Summer 2020 & onwards):
| Top 3% of the total students of a particular program (In order of merit) | 100% Scholarship for the corresponding Trimester |
| Next 6% (In order of merit) | 50% Scholarship for the corresponding Trimester |
| Next 6% (In order of merit) | 25% Scholarship for the corresponding Trimester |
Teaching Assistantship
Each trimester, the Department of Economics at UIU appoint a number of deserving undergraduate and graduate students as teaching assistants for the foundation level courses.

Step 3: After evaluation by the admission office of UIU, if the student is found eligible for admission, he/she will be notified through e-mail. The student is then required to pay the international admission processing fee US $200 (two hundred) in favour of UIU.
