| Undergraduate Program (Bachelor of Science in Economics) 50% for GPA 5.00 (without 4th Subject)25% for GPA 5.00 (with 4th Subject)25% for foreign nationals |
| Graduate Program (Master of Science in Economics & Master in Development Studies) Three 1st Class/Division or equivalent: 25%Two 1st class/ Division or equivalent: 15% |
| Special Waiver for Master in Development Studies 40% waiver if students have 5 years of experience of working in governments, semi-governments and NGO’s |
Scholarship scheme
Scholarship based on the results of the Trimester Final Examinations for undergraduate & graduate programs (Effective from Summer 2020 & onwards):
| Top 3% of the total students of a particular program (In order of merit) | 100% Scholarship for the corresponding Trimester |
| Next 6% (In order of merit) | 50% Scholarship for the corresponding Trimester |
| Next 6% (In order of merit) | 25% Scholarship for the corresponding Trimester |
Teaching Assistantship
Each trimester, the Department of Economics at UIU appoint a number of deserving undergraduate and graduate students as teaching assistants for the foundation level courses.

2. Academic Records certified, scanned copies of academic Certificates, Transcripts, Testimonials and proof of language proficiency

Step 3: After evaluation by the admission office of UIU, if the student is found eligible for admission, he/she will be notified through e-mail. The student is then required to pay the international admission processing fee US $200 (two hundred) in favour of UIU.
