MBA & EMBA PROGRAM STUDENTS

Subject           : Major Declaration Notice

Trimester       : Fall 2025

Students of MBA & EMBA Programs who have completed or are going to complete at least 27 Credit hours for Regular MBA and 18 Credit hours for Executive MBA by Summer 2025 Trimester and have not declared their major yet are advised to declare their major. Details are given below:

Location          : MBA & EMBA Program Office

  Room no: 315, 3^rd floor

Date                : August. 23 to September. 13, 2025

Time                : During class days (or other convenient weekdays)

NB: Major declaration is compulsory to complete the advising process for the Fall 2025 trimester.

Major Areas:

1. Professional Accounting

(Prerequisite:  Completed /running Managerial Accounting course)

2.  Finance and Fintech

(Prerequisite: Completed /running Managerial Finance course) 

3. Human Resource Management                

(Prerequisite: Completed /running Human Resource Management course)

4. Marketing  

(Prerequisite: Completed /running Marketing Management course)

5. Supply Chain Management  

(Prerequisite: Completed /running Marketing Management course)

6. Business Analytics

(Prerequisite: Completed /running Business Analytics course)

Please note that before declaring the major, students must complete the following MBA/EMBA foundation level courses:

For Regular MBA: 1. BUS 501-Business Communication;  2. ACC 502-Financial Accounting;  3. BUS 503-Business Mathematics;  4. BUS 508-Applied Business Statistics;  5. MGT 506-Management & Organization Behavior;  6. BUS 507-Business Law;   7. ECON 508-Microeconomics;   8. ECON 509-Macroeconomics.

For Executive MBA (EMBA): 1. ACC 502-Financial Accounting; 2. BUS 503-Business Mathematics; 3. BUS 508-Applied Business Statistics; 4. MGT 506-Management & Organizational Behavior; 5. ECON 512-Economics for Managers.

If any student fails to follow the above process, his/her major declaration will not be completed.
